Job Requirements/License/Certifications:

· Graduate with a current New York State RN license.

· CPR Certification required.

· Proficiency in the English Language

· Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia residents required.

· Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience required.

· Wound Care experience-A Plus!

• Physical requirements: medium work exertion, visual acuity intact.

Job Responsibilities:

· Supervise nursing staff to ensure compassionate and appropriate resident care.

· Maintain accurate documentation on residents' status.

· Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and established standards.

· Assist with treatments and ensure timely execution of physician's orders.

· Participate in resident assessment, admission, and discharge planning.

· Assist with staffing and provide orientation/training to nursing staff.

· Monitor resident health status and develop care plans as necessary.

· Assist with regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records.

· Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe environment for residents.

· Willingness to be available for emergencies.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems.

Special Requirements:

· Doctor's statement verifying that you are free from communicable disease.

Compensation / Salary Range:

· Salary Range $42-$46 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule/Shift:

· 8:30am-4:30pm

· Shift 1-Saturday-Wednesday

· Shift 2-Sunday-Thursday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $96,850.00 - $101,887.00 per year
